Overview
In this role you will design scalable, secure data platforms on Google Cloud and BigQuery, lead migrations of enterprise data warehouses to GCP, and define end-to-end data architectures. You will advise clients on cloud modernization and data platform best practices, with a focus on performance, cost efficiency, security, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions that support client transformation goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape modern data ecosystems at scale within a purpose-driven digital transformation partner.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms using Google Cloud and BigQuery
- Lead the migration of enterprise data warehouses and analytics workloads to GCP
- Define end-to-end data architectures covering ingestion, transformation, governance, storage, and reporting
- Advise clients on cloud modernisation strategies and data platform best practices
- Champion performance optimisation, cost efficiency, security, and operational excellence across cloud data solutions

- Google BigQuery architecture, optimisation, and administration
- SQL, data modelling, dimensional modelling, and data warehousing concepts
- Cloud Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and related GCP services
