Overview

In this role you will lead Microsoft’s AI Workforce strategy for a strategic account, identifying and qualifying new opportunities and driving consumption of Microsoft solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs, orchestrate deals across partners, and build a robust pipeline and territory plan. You’ll deepen customer relationships on-site and help position Microsoft in a competitive landscape. This is a growth-focused role that blends sales, technical learning, and ecosystem collaboration to enable digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Learn how the 3-cloud platform enables digital transformation in the assigned area
  • Receive and qualify leads from Marketing and convert them into opportunities using the MSP process
  • Collaborate with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and other partners to cross-sell and up-sell solutions
  • Participate in internal technical discussions and complete required training and product/role certifications
  • Understand competitors and work with global black belts to position Microsoft effectively
  • Collaborate with senior team members to manage the pipeline and develop portfolio and territory plans
  • Embodies Microsoft culture and values
Key requirements
  • 2+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and 1+ year of tech sales experience OR equivalent experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom
