Solution Consultant

As a Solution Consultant, you will lead with deep platform expertise to shape client outcomes within FNZ’s Model Wealth Solution. You’ll work cross-functionally to capture business needs, define future operating models, and guide platform configuration for successful platform implementations. You will translate regulatory and market insights into practical capabilities, while delivering training and knowledge transfer to clients. This role offers impact across advisory, design, and delivery teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

• Provide leadership and support for client projects, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement
• Define propositions and product requirements with customers and internal stakeholders; apply market expertise
• Serve as the FNZ Platform SME to shape customer propositions and optimize core platform capabilities
• Understand and advise on an end-to-end Platform Target Operating Model and interfaces with customer operations
• Lead MWS configuration for new platform implementations and document bespoke configuration points
• Document bespoke customer requirements and own the solution to ensure delivery
• Provide solution documentation review and QA
• Deliver training programs and knowledge transfer to FNZ customers
• Offer consultancy services to other FNZ clients and projects
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environment and advise on platform compliance
• Act as an SME for the platform market and provide training to other areas of the business
• Understand and communicate the platform market landscape and upcoming changes
• Be delivery-focused and capable of handling complex problems and stakeholder interaction

• 3+ years in a delivery/consulting environment within financial services/wealth markets
• 1st class degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in business analysis or consulting roles
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and capability development
• Independent, proactive, delivery-focused working style
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness
• Intermediate computer skills; excellent organizational and communication skills
• FNZ Platform expertise including SME coverage in at least 4 functional areas
• Understanding of regulatory environment for the hiring jurisdiction and knowledge of upcoming changes
