Solution Developer, FP&A

Overview
In this role you design and enhance financial planning applications that power budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You’ll translate FP&A requirements into scalable Board-based components, ensuring accuracy, compliance and performance. You will work with Product Owners to refine backlogs, build reusable solution assets, and support testing and demos. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative, growth-minded team focused on industry-leading planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop planning models and workflows
- Translate FP&A processes into scalable applications
- Support testing, documentation, and demos
- Build scalable workflows for multi-entity reporting and compliance
- Support testing, validation, and audit-ready outputs
- Contribute to documentation, demos, and solution assets
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and priorities
Key requirements
- 2–4+ years in FP&A or planning systems
- Experience with planning tools (Board, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.)
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
