Solution Engineer (Integration Engineer)

In this role you will implement Intapp solutions across client environments, balancing technical depth with direct client engagement. You translate business requirements into reliable configurations and integrations, helping clients achieve scalable outcomes. You will lead workshops, provide training, and maintain quality documentation to support delivery. You work with cross-functional teams to improve delivery assets and bring solutions to market. • Configure and implement Intapp solutions across client environments, translating business requirements into logical workflows and technical configurations
• Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server, including data mapping, validation, and issue resolution
• Lead client-facing workshops and configuration walkthroughs, explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analyse root causes of integration and system-level issues (including third-party APIs) and collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes and reusable assets
• Deliver administrative training and knowledge transfer to client users, while maintaining documentation and ensuring implementation quality standards

• Experience in technical implementation, operations, or support within a SaaS or enterprise software environment with a track record of end-to-end integrations
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, joins, and data transformations
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, system integration patterns and data mapping techniques
• Familiarity with Boomi or a comparable integration platform and working knowledge of RegEx for data parsing/transformation
• Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and running client-facing sessions
