Overview

In this role, you will drive growth by expanding data, insight, and solution capabilities within Marsh’s DCX product portfolio. You’ll shape a scalable approach to identifying and executing opportunities through internal development, partnerships, and cross‑business collaboration. You’ll partner with product, data, and strategy teams to close capability gaps and evaluate external providers. Your commercial judgment and stakeholder influence will turn complex opportunities into actionable initiatives that deliver value.

Responsibilities
  • Shape a scalable process for identifying, assessing, and executing expansion opportunities across the business
  • Lead development of data, analytics, and partnership models to extend solution capabilities
  • Collaborate with product and business leaders to align with vision, priorities, and capability gaps
  • Develop options and business cases balancing fit, speed to value, scalability, and financial return
  • Identify and evaluate third‑party data, analytics, technology, and insight providers
  • Lead commercial evaluation of external opportunities including value proposition and risks
  • Structure and negotiate partnership arrangements with leadership and functional teams
  • Support onboarding and integration of new capabilities with product, data, technology, and strategy teams
  • Highlight priority areas where expanded capabilities create strategic value
  • Advise senior stakeholders while maintaining clear decision rights and accountability
  • Prepare materials for leadership forums and governance bodies
  • Contribute to portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions with leadership
Key requirements
