Who Are You

This is a unique and dynamic leadership role where you'll serve as both a technical authority and hands-on developer. In this role, you're the critical connection between client strategy and technical execution. You bridge the gap between our clients and our delivery teams, driving high-quality, sustainable solutions from concept to completion.

To do so, you're a seasoned senior full stack developer who has moved beyond just writing code to architecting and building solutions. You’ve shipped production-grade applications, navigated cloud environments, and possess a deep curiosity for how AI can augment the development lifecycle. You’re comfortable shifting from deep-focus coding to high-level client collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills We're Looking for:

• 10+ years as a Software Engineer building and deploying production level applications on a public cloud platform (AWS, Amazon, GCP)
• Experience building enterprise-scale solutions
• Experience leveraging AI models (i.e. beyond using AI dev tools to build code)
• Proficient with Google data and ML tools including BigQuery and VertexAI
• Proficient in AI Driven Development and AI Coding Agents
• Proficient in modern programming languages including Python and Typescript
• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a valid and unrestricted Work Permit
