Solution Lead

As Solution Lead, you provide architectural leadership for Intelex solution design and implementation in Global Services engagements. You translate client needs into coherent architecture, balancing objectives, cost, and timelines. You oversee estimates, risk mitigation, and ensure architectural consistency across business and technical processes. Your role blends mentorship, collaboration with sales and project managers, and ongoing methodology improvement to drive successful client outcomes.

• Translate client requirements into an Intelex solution design, including workflow and configuration architecture
• Review services estimates and implementation plans to ensure accuracy and minimize non-billable time
• Attend Implementation Design Workshops to capture business and interface requirements
• Ensure architectural coherence between technical and business processes through analysis and design
• Lead creation/maintenance of configuration guidelines and best practices
• Conduct technical risk assessments and provide guidance to junior consultants
• Collaborate with Project Manager to manage risk and resources and escalate issues
• Share knowledge across Global Services teams and contribute to methodologies and artifacts
• Assist Product Management with product processes and development
