Solution & Security Architect

As Solution & Security Architect, you will shape secure-by-design solutions across IT and OT to support critical infrastructure in renewable energy. You will partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to influence design decisions, translate regulations into practical outcomes, and drive a culture where security and architecture are shared responsibilities. This role spans engineering, consulting and infrastructure, offering impact at scale within the Iberdrola Group. You will work on evolving security tooling, complex programmes, and resilient foundations to power the energy transition.

• Influence design, deployment and operation of secure systems from day one
• Embed secure-by-design principles across IT and OT environments
• Drive cultural shift to shared security/architecture responsibilities
• Advise on complex programmes and shape solution design
• Develop resilient, secure infrastructure foundations
• Collaborate with delivery teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical outcomes
• Lead efforts in evolving security tooling and capabilities

• Strong experience across solution, security, or infrastructure domains
• Familiarity with NIS CAF, ISO or NIST frameworks
• Understanding of modern threat landscapes
• Ability to operate across technical and business environments
