Solutions Architect – 11837CA

In this role you will bridge technology and business for a portfolio of SME clients, shaping IT strategy and identifying improvement opportunities. You’ll facilitate strategic IT roadmap discussions, scope and cost IT initiatives, and support new business opportunities. The role is client-facing and consultative, requiring solid technical credibility with the ability to translate tech language into compelling business cases. You will work with Microsoft-based environments and contribute to technology strategy while collaborating with delivery teams. This is a hybrid position with office days near Guildford and occasional client visits, offering influence over clients’ technology direction.

• Run strategic IT roadmap meetings with clients
• Scope and cost IT projects before delivery
• Support new business opportunities and identify technology-driven improvements
• Understand client environments to propose viable solutions
• Determine required technology, time, and cost for projects
• Collaborate with delivery teams and clients to ensure alignment
• Engage with MS 365 and Azure-focused environments and security considerations

• Background in MSP, IT services, consultancy or similar
• Strong technical understanding with ability to discuss technology with technical teams and business owners
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure; knowledge of security and cloud migrations is useful
