The Role
The role will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team but working solely on the Fusion program team. As such will need to communicate with the Architecture Team, the business stakeholders, Technology team and our third-party Technology provider.
Your responsibilities:
- Delivery of agreed change requests and enhancements, with an agreed solution design and appropriate documentation.
- Working closely with both the business and technology to ensure adherence to client's technical principles, patterns and standards. E.g., Configure not customize
- Specification of integrations into the wider client's estate, including adherence to existing technical principle, patterns and standards, this may include recommendations for development of new patterns where necessary.
- Understanding data models and defining the data flow approach.
- Handling ad-hoc design decisions in a pragmatic way, adapting the HLD as required to reflect actual implementation.
- Carrying out due diligence to ensure the non-functional requirements of the solution are met, including regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring the program follows the correct architectural governance processes.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Knowledge of the architecture and design of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Knowledge of the standard data models used in Oracle Fusion SaaS solution
- Significant expertise with Oracle Fusion across HCM
- Expertise and Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and experience of implementing, designing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Expertise / Knowledge of Core HCM, Recruitment, Time & Attendance (Absence), Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent inc. Performance & Goals, Workforce Planning and Reporting Tools (OTBI / BI)
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – Architectural experience, concepts and patterns including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Knowledge of C4 modelling useful but not essential / other Architectural concepts and tooling advantageous
- Experience of large scale, complex, implementations and continuous improvement projects
- Technical and Functional knowledge / experience is critical to this role
- Experience in working with all levels of Stakeholders and being the conduit between Tech / IT and the Business.
