Overview

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping the value of Fin’s AI-powered customer service platform across the sales cycle. You’ll partner with Product, R&D and Engineering to ensure customer needs influence solution design. You’ll lead technical discovery, create value-based demonstrations, and design tailored POCs. Expect a collaborative, customer-centric environment where you help unlock lasting value and scale AI-driven support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs
  • Deliver pre-sales value presentations and articulate Fin's capabilities
  • Run value-based solution reviews and technical sessions
  • Design and lead tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Manage RFPs and security-related inquiries with standardized materials
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture customer feedback for product planning
  • Build trust with customers through empathy and curiosity
  • Improve Solutions Engineering playbook and processes
  • Support customer success by addressing challenges proactively
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in a technical pre-sales role with C-level interactions
  • Strong technical acumen and experience in technical discovery and value presentations
  • Independent problem-solving with collaborative mindset
  • Effective time management in dynamic environments
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into Fin solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and influence direction
  • Familiarity with managing POCs, RFPs and security inquiries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and curiosity
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and support process improvement
