In this role you will lead agile software delivery as a Solutions Architect, shaping scalable digital solutions. You will collaborate with customer stakeholders and enterprise architects to balance functional and non-functional requirements, while guiding the development lifecycle. You’ll mentor engineers, promote modern architectural practices, and steer large-scale transformation initiatives. The opportunity combines technical leadership with people management to influence technology strategy at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead high-performing, agile development teams to design and deliver digital solutions
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and enterprise architects to shape designs
- Incorporate non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) into architecture
- Provide strategic guidance across the development lifecycle
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and support team culture
- Contribute to technology strategy, architectural standards, and modern tooling adoption
- Influence large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Proven experience delivering designs for scalable, multi-tiered applications
- End-to-end solution architecture with effective communication to enterprise stakeholders
- Ability to integrate non-functional requirements into software design
- Hands-on experience with major public clouds (AWS or Azure) and SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication including technical documentation and presentations
- Decisive in fast-paced, agile delivery environments
