Solutions Architect

In this role you will shape enterprise-wide solutions that connect applications, data, cloud services, integrations, and AI capabilities. You will set technical foundations to enable product teams to innovate at scale while upholding security, governance, and operational excellence. You’ll lead architecture reviews, define patterns and roadmaps, and govern AI-driven solutions within complex, regulated environments. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise technology strategy and establish architecture standards for intelligent workforce platforms. You work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and ensure scalable, responsible AI adoption.

• Design end-to-end technology solutions across apps, integrations, data platforms, AI services, and cloud environments
• Define architecture patterns, standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps
• Produce architecture documentation, ADRs, and high-quality designs
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical assurance
• Design and govern Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems
• Define AI orchestration patterns, prompt management, agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Establish secure integration architectures using APIs, event-driven tech, middleware, ETL/ELT, and data streaming
• Develop data flow models, canonical data structures, and data contracts for analytics and AI
• Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements
• Collaborate with delivery squads, engineering, and product leaders to accelerate outcomes
• Provide architectural guidance across initiatives and influence technology strategy and standards
• Mentor engineers, architects, and specialists on architecture best practices

• 8+ years in Solution, Enterprise, or Integration Architecture or similar roles
• Experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions across platforms and domains
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration (APIs, events, middleware, data streaming)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, automation platforms
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native patterns
• Experience in data-centric solutions with governance, data quality, lineage, analytics platforms
• Proven track record leading architecture reviews and influencing stakeholders
• Experience in regulated environments with strong security, privacy, risk, and governance requirements
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
