Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect in Fitch Solutions’ London-based Commercial Team, you will translate client data needs into implementable solutions and demonstrate the value of the company’s analytics offerings. You will bridge gaps between customers and internal stakeholders, demystifying complex technical components and supporting demonstrations and proofs of concept. You’ll help make data accessible and actionable for clients, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers visibility in the financial market intelligence space and opportunities to grow through cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.

• Translate client data needs into implementable solutions
• Maintain a strong feedback loop between customers and internal stakeholders
• Explain complex technical components to customers
• Conduct demonstrations, proofs of concepts, and demo builds
• Make Fitch data easy for customers to use

• Understanding of data ingress and egress into multiple systems
• Understanding of AI and basic programming skills including Python
• Understand data lakes
• Enjoy translating technical information between internal stakeholders and clients
