Overview
As a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect, you will own the technical solution across the project lifecycle, shaping end-to-end BC/ NAV implementations for manufacturing environments. You’ll collaborate with customers, PMs, consultants and developers to ensure technically sound and commercially viable outcomes aligned with business needs. You’ll guide delivery teams, review quality, and mentor junior consultants, while evaluating third-party products and integrations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a growing consultancy with a strong focus on manufacturing ERP expertise.
Responsibilities- Design and own end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Define technical approach and produce design documentation
- Act as technical point of contact for customers
- Lead and provide technical guidance to delivery teams
- Review consultant work and overall solution quality
- Collaborate with PMs to manage scope, risk, budgets and delivery
- Support customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
- Evaluate third-party products, integrations and add-ons
- 8+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- 3+ years' experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
- Strong manufacturing experience with 5+ years BC implementations/upgrades in manufacturing
- Good understanding of finance and broader business processes
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading, mentoring and supporting other consultants
- Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Events & Extensions, and integrations would be advantageous
