• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through ideation and solution development
• Develop solution visions and high-level designs aligning with strategy
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proper implementation and design intent
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and shared understanding
• Present solutions to governance forums with clarity and confidence

• Experience designing solutions across multiple technologies and business domains
• Strong understanding of application development, integration, and cloud platforms
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Skilled in producing solution documentation including visions and high-level designs
