As a Solutions Architect at Workiva you will lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to clients and partners. Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather business needs
  • Architect tailored solutions integrating with the Workiva Platform
  • Engage with clients/partners to implement standardized solutions
  • Provide training to maintain mastery of Workiva platform capabilities
  • Demonstrate leadership, mentor peers, and support onboarding
Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent; advanced degree considered in lieu of experience
  • 4+ years in service delivery, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Workiva or other SaaS/cloud technologies; data architectures preferred
  • Consultant experience at services firm or public accounting preferred
  • Self-motivated with action orientation and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to influence and drive change in business processes
  • Strong customer relationship management and ability to manage multiple services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and work remotely with reliable internet
