Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect in Snowplow's Technical Services team, you lead the technical path for customer journeys from onboarding to long-term roadmap. You design tracking, pipelines, and data models, then stay with a portfolio of customers as their technical partner to unlock expanding value. You combine hands-on work with schemas, trackers, SQL and JavaScript to solve real-time and AI-driven use cases. You work cross-functionally to shape data strategy and enable scalable, trustworthy first-party data foundations.

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations and onboarding, from sales handover to production pipelines
• Design tracking plans and schemas that answer business questions
• Guide data modeling from raw events to analytics-ready tables using Snowplow packages and client models
• Build real-time solutions and proof of concept to production for AI use cases
• Act as ongoing technical lead for a portfolio of accounts and foster long-term relationships
• Provide consultative advice to shape data strategy and use-case roadmaps
• Diagnose and resolve issues across front-end tracking, data modeling, and real-time processing
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management on adoption and growth
• Capture field learnings to inform Product and Engineering, creating reusable assets

• Several years in solutions architecture, technical account management, technical consulting, sales engineering, or professional services at a data or SaaS company
• Consultative approach with ability to advise senior technical stakeholders
• Experience maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Strong data engineering foundations and pipelines from collection to warehouse
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for debugging, demos, or field solutions
• Clear communication with engineers and data leaders to explain technical decisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and follow-through
• Bonus: Experience with Snowplow or other behavioural data tools
