Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you will lead strategic delivery of contracted services and design tailored solutions on the Workiva Platform. You’ll collaborate with clients and partners to translate needs into actionable architectures, driving product evolution and customer satisfaction. You will mentor peers, foster cross‑team collaboration, and represent company interests in client engagements. This role combines deep technical design with hands-on leadership to deliver impactful outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities
  • lead strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners
  • conduct discovery sessions to capture business needs and requirements
  • architect solution designs that integrate with the Workiva Platform to achieve outcomes
  • engage directly with clients and partners, delivering standardized solutions aligned to requirements
  • pursue continuous professional growth through training on financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform
  • demonstrate leadership, exemplify best practices, and mentor peers to support onboarding and development
  • manage interactions across teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • advise on implementation approaches and contribute to service offerings
Key requirements
  • proven ability to cultivate customer-first relationships
  • willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and relationship-building
  • degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or related field
  • experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics and reporting solutions
  • hands-on experience with the Workiva platform or other SaaS/cloud technologies and data architectures preferred
  • consultant level experience or equivalent from a services company or public accounting preferred
  • self-motivated with action-oriented mindset and continuous improvement
  • ability to influence and drive changes in business processes
  • strong individual contributor capable of managing multiple services
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of SQL, JSON, or R is a plus
