6-Month Contract | Belfast (Hybrid) | Inside IR35

We are currently supporting a leading technology company in the search for an experienced Solution Architect to join a major infrastructure and cloud transformation programme.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on architect with a strong background in designing complex infrastructure solutions across cloud, hosting and modern workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end infrastructure and cloud solutions for enterprise‑scale programmes.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define solution requirements.
• Produce high‑quality architecture documentation and technical designs.
• Support solution development from concept through to delivery.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to best practice.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing complex infrastructure solutions.

Strong expertise across:

• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft 365
• VMware/vSAN
• Cloud‑native platforms
• Hybrid hosting environments
• Infrastructure modernisation initiatives

Experience working on large‑scale enterprise transformation programmes.

Desirable Skills

• Cyber security technologies and frameworks, including:
• Zero Trust
• Microsoft Sentinel / SOAR
• Microsoft Defender
• Vulnerability Assessment
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Attack Surface Management
• IT/OT Security Integration
• Awareness of SQL and Oracle database environments.
• Experience with ODA and KVM hypervisors
