Overview

In this role, you will help AWS customers in Betting & Gaming reinvent their businesses by leveraging cloud, AI/Generative AI and data analytics. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding cloud adoption, architecture decisions and demonstrations that translate technology into business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate customers through workshops and content, and shape AWS features roadmap based on customer needs. You’ll work at scale to share best practices and reference architectures that enable innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers to accelerate complex cloud-enabled projects and align solutions with business goals
  • Build relationships with C-suite and business stakeholders to establish trust and influence decisions
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform AWS feature roadmaps and product direction
  • Create and share best practices, technical content and reference architectures for multiple use cases
  • Evangelise AWS technology through workshops, meetups and public speaking
  • Develop depth in technical domains relevant to customer outcomes and personal interests
  • Lead activities such as architecture reviews, white-boarding sessions, demos and technical workshops
  • Collaborate with internal teams (account management, professional services, support, partners) to support customer outcomes
  • Educate customers about the art of the possible and deliver scalable, tangible solutions
  • Contribute to industry-focused knowledge and best practices at scale
Key requirements
  • Experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures
  • Experience IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
  • Prior experience in software development or Internet-related industries (preferred)
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud (preferred)
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective (preferred)
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Strong communication and public speaking
  • Ability to influence at executive levels
  • Cloud technologies and AWS platform knowledge
  • Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
  • Data analytics and big data
