Overview

In this role you architect and deliver Fireblocks implementations for major Banks and Financial Institutions in the EMEA region. You own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production, shaping integration and security architectures. You also influence pre-sales through technical discovery and solution design, while codifying reusable patterns to scale delivery. You connect Sales, Product and R&D to solve complex integration challenges and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own transition from deal close to production with end-to-end accountability
  • Define enterprise setup with Fireblocks (APIs, security architecture, architecture documentation)
  • Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production
  • Codify reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks for scalable delivery across EMEA
  • Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to resolve integration challenges
  • Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
  • Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction during delivery
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
  • Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies or with Banks/financial institutions or enterprise financial systems
  • Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset
  • Deep understanding of IT security and cloud environments
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring of engineers or architects
  • Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English; other EMЕA languages are a plus
