Solutions Architect, Enterprise, UK

In this role you will partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and design robust Stripe solutions for large, complex customers. You’ll translate technical capabilities into business value, engaging stakeholders from Cx to Product Engineering. You’ll balance hands-on engineering with strategic advisory to shape payment and money-movement solutions. This role offers influence over product direction and the chance to lead impactful customer outcomes at scale.

• Engage CTOs and technical leads to share roadmaps, demonstrate Stripe innovations, and define solution strategies.
• Lead technical discussions and deep-dive sessions to articulate Stripe value and fit.
• Advocate for customers internally to influence product direction and priorities.
• Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews, identify opportunities, and collaborate on account planning.
• Create technical content (reference architectures, demos) and speak as a thought leader at events.

• 4+ years in relevant roles including pre-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or engineering, with at least 1 year in customer-facing pre-sales.
• Strong software architecture knowledge with hands-on experience across tech stacks; able to explain concepts at feature and API levels.
• Ability to write code.
• Experience with large enterprise customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
