Overview
As a Lakebase Solutions Architect, you help shape product adoption and revenue growth by translating client needs into implementation plans. You collaborate with Account Executives to design high-impact engagement strategies across territories, articulating the value of the Lakebase product line. You serve as a trusted technical advisor, delivering workshops and customer-facing materials to boost knowledge and credibility. You influence roadmaps with field insights and lead complex, mission-critical deployments.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design high-impact engagement strategies across territories
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical champion to drive product adoption and vision
- Create customer-facing collateral and workshops to scale technical enablement
- Translate field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering
- Serve as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges and ensure customer success
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role
- Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives
- Experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consultancies
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Broad experience across data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or similar
