Overview

As a Founding Solutions Architect in the Nordics, you will drive Cohere’s AI adoption with enterprise and government clients, partnering with sales, partners, and leadership to map problems to Cohere solutions. You’ll design deployments and pilots, own the technical narrative, and guide best practices while gathering feedback to shape our products. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on solution building to expand Cohere’s footprint across the Nordic region and Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Design North deployments architectures and lead customer pilots
  • Lead technical talks on customer calls and act as the trusted technical advisor
  • Own the technical relationship with stakeholders and translate business objectives into Cohere solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partners to align offerings with customer needs
  • Develop scalable processes and enablement for the Solutions Architect team
  • Gather customer insights to influence product direction and drive adoption
  • Facilitate evaluations and pilots with enterprise and government customers
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to accelerate customer success and adoption
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical pre/post sales roles (Solutions Architect/Engineeer/Sales Engineer etc)
  • Strong passion for Generative AI and understanding of LLM strengths and weaknesses
  • Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation)
  • Excellent communication skills across executive and technical audiences
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments and can implement high-impact processes
  • Proficiency with Python and Assistive Coding tools
  • Preferred: 2+ years with NLP/AI/LLM implementations
  • Preferred: Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
  • Must have: Professional fluency in English (business and technical)
