In this role, you own the technical relationship with strategic insurers, embedding the hx platform into customer ecosystems. You design bespoke integrations and translate complex environments into durable, scalable solutions. You drive value through structured adoption plans and AI-first delivery artefacts. Responsibilities
  • Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and ensure platform embedding across ecosystems
  • Design and deliver bespoke integrations with customer technologies (PACS, data warehouses, BI tools, identity providers)
  • Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes through value realization plans (faster quotes, fewer pricing errors, better MI)
  • Develop AI-first consulting artefacts and reusable patterns for the SA toolkit
  • Manage delivery scope, surface risks early, and coordinate with Customer Success, Delivery Leads, and customer teams
  • Contribute to team capability by sharing patterns and codifying best practices as the function scales
Key requirements
  • High-standard Python coding
  • Experience delivering SaaS platform integrations in a team setting
  • Beneficial: AWS architecture, SQL, CS/Software development background
  • Positive technical relationship-building with IT and data teams
  • Ability to communicate technical choices to non-technical stakeholders with business value linkage
  • Post-sale or customer-facing technical experience (e.g., Junior Solution Architect, Technical Support, Implementation Analyst)
  • Experience using AI or automation to improve quality or speed of work
  • Experience planning delivery phases, identifying risks, coordinating with teams
  • Ownership of technical design and stakeholder relationships
