Solutions Architect - UK

In this role you partner with customers to turn their data and needs into sophisticated Pigment models and applications. You design, build, and deploy planning solutions, train customers to be self-sufficient, and align customer needs with product development. You lead cross-functional workstreams to improve methodologies and ensure successful outcomes. You operate in a fast-paced startup environment and drive value by transforming unstructured data into actionable models for real-time planning.

• Capture and document business requirements from customers
• Design and build Pigment applications to meet needs
• Train and co-build with customers to enable self-sufficiency
• Lead UAT and deployment activities
• Integrate source software via connectors and APIs
• Act as the liaison between customer stakeholders and the product team
• Lead cross-functional projects to refine methodologies and processes

• Ability to build and explain complex systems to diverse stakeholders
• Experience structuring and validating large volumes of unstructured data
• Fast learner with diverse customer use cases
• Strong relationship-building with empathy and dedication
• Strategic mindset in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and customer needs
• Experience delivering multiple objectives with minimal supervision
• Fluent English and French or other European languages advantageous
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
