Overview
In this role you partner with customers to turn their data and needs into sophisticated Pigment models and applications. You design, build, and deploy planning solutions, train customers to be self-sufficient, and align customer needs with product development. You lead cross-functional workstreams to improve methodologies and ensure successful outcomes. You operate in a fast-paced startup environment and drive value by transforming unstructured data into actionable models for real-time planning.

- Capture and document business requirements from customers
- Design and build Pigment applications to meet needs
- Train and co-build with customers to enable self-sufficiency
- Lead UAT and deployment activities
- Integrate source software via connectors and APIs
- Act as the liaison between customer stakeholders and the product team
- Lead cross-functional projects to refine methodologies and processes
- Ability to build and explain complex systems to diverse stakeholders
- Experience structuring and validating large volumes of unstructured data
- Fast learner with diverse customer use cases
- Strong relationship-building with empathy and dedication
- Strategic mindset in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and customer needs
- Experience delivering multiple objectives with minimal supervision
- Fluent English and French or other European languages advantageous
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
