Overview
In this role you guide the onboarding and implementation of Addepar for sophisticated investors, translating business needs into actionable platform solutions. You work closely with Sales, Product, and Partnership teams to ensure successful deployments and client happiness. You’ll apply finance and tech expertise to model and integrate client data, driving scalable, hands-on delivery. This is a regionally focused, client-centric role with opportunities to shape processes and tools for growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and complete client onboarding and implementation projects for the Addepar platform
- Own the success of add-on projects and coordinate partner delivery assurance
- Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to migrate clients and their data to Addepar
- Set, manage, and communicate expectations across stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Contribute to scalable tools and processes as the organization grows
- Become a regional subject matter expert on the Addepar platform and its applications
- 2+ years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or related field
- Previous client-facing experience in implementation or solution design
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Independent, adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for finance and technology
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region and globally
