Solutions Consultant (Sage Intacct)

Role Description

The Solutions Consultant is a full-time, remote role. You'll guide clients through evaluating, designing, and implementing Sage Intacct and related solutions — participating in discovery sessions, digging into their existing finance processes, and building and demoing solution proposals that actually fit what they need. You'll also support the implementation team with support triage and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills — you can assess client needs, understand financial workflows, and turn requirements into a solution design.
• Consulting and presales experience — leading client discussions, running demos, and positioning solutions against real business problems.
• Comfortable supporting the sales process — qualifying opportunities, answering solution questions, and working closely with account teams.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems, ideally Sage Intacct, and a working knowledge of finance/accounting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication — able to explain technical concepts in plain business language.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple client engagements at once, and adapt as priorities shift.
• Personality is as much a qualification as any other. You have to be the kind of person that enjoys puzzles but also enjoys helping.
