As a Solutions Engineer at Optimove, you bridge technology and business needs to tailor the platform for each prospect. You’ll drive tech calls, product demos, and integration conversations within the EMEA sales cycle, translating complex requirements into concrete solutions. You’ll work across iGaming, e-commerce, retail, and financial services, shaping how retention and lifecycle marketing unlocks profitability. You’ll learn rapidly, own demos, and leverage AI to sharpen the story and outcomes.

- Lead tech calls and integration discussions with Account Executives during new-business cycles
- Build and deliver product demos aligned to each prospect’s needs
- Map technical and business requirements to Optimove’s solution and configure the platform accordingly
- Serve as the go-to product/tech resource across the sales cycle, supporting RFP/RFI responses
- Leverage AI to develop demo assets and storytelling; co-create AI workflows for prospects
- Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to align front-stage and back-stage activities
- Support sales enablement and continue expanding MarTech expertise; participate in conferences
- Travel occasionally for conferences and on-site prospect engagements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical success
- Strong foundation in APIs, integrations, and data structures
- Clear communicator with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity and preference for AI-enabled ways of working
- Self-driven with comfort in ambiguity and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and support Account Executives
- Excellent English; right to work in the UK; hybrid role requiring 3 days in London office
