The role As a Solutions Engineer in our Commercial team, you will bridge the critical gap between commercial strategy and technical execution. You will sit at the centre of innovation and client delivery, understanding client needs and translating operational pain points into scalable, automated workflows using low-code tools (n8n), AI agents and our API's. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role collaborating directly with the Customer Success Lead, API & Product Manager and the CEO. You will also have direct contact with high profile external clients to scope, build and deliver bespoke AI solutions and workflows under tight deadlines. How you'll contribute

• Client Delivery & Technical Scoping: Act as a technical partner to clients, joining discovery calls, scoping technical requirements and building bespoke automation solutions and migrations to resolve client operational pain points.
• Workflow Engineering: Build, test and maintain sophisticated AI-powered and logical workflows using n8n to automate complex business processes.
• Platform Expertise: Develop expert-level knowledge of the Goji platform to deliver customised demos and support client adoption, including high-impact AI demos to existing and prospective clients.
• RFP/RFI Coordination: Coordinate and craft compelling technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Information (RFIs), ensuring our AI and platform capabilities are clearly communicated.
• Internal Innovation: Scope and build automated internal agents and tools to optimise operational capacity and increase efficiency across Goji.
• Partnership Implementation: Support Goji's partnership strategy by researching prospective partners, documenting technical integrations and tracking alliance activities.

What you'll bring

• Client Facing Clarity: High confidence in presenting complex technical concepts in simple language to non technical stakeholders, with effective management of client expectations.
• AI & Engineering Mindset: Active curiosity in AI tools to write, test or troubleshoot code, while designing solutions with scale and error handling in mind. JavaScript proficiency is a bonus.
• Automation Awareness: Experience using n8n (or similar) low code tools to test logical workflows.
• Commercial Urgency & Delivery focus: A track record of taking ownership on tasks, driving technical projects over the line under tight client deadlines.
• Proactivity & Autonomy: A self starter who thrive when investigating problems, asking targeted questions, and taking initiative in ambiguous situations.
