Solutions Engineer

In this role you partner with stakeholders to turn challenges into scalable technical solutions. You will design and deliver applications, workflows, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities that drive efficiency and user experience across a complex enterprise. You’ll work across low-code, automation and AI platforms, guiding delivery from design through deployment. This position sits in a collaborative technology team focused on transformation and continuous improvement, offering exposure to modern AI and automation while maintaining governance and security standards.

• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Design, build and support solutions across low-code, workflow, automation and AI platforms
• Develop applications, workflows, forms, integrations and business process automations
• Build integrations between enterprise systems, APIs and data services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate options, risks and trade-offs
• Support full solution life cycle including design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement
• Create technical documentation and solution designs
• Leverage AI technologies and automation tools to improve delivery and user outcomes
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to ensure governance, security and operational standards
