Job Role: Solutions Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Drive POCs end-to-end, showcasing platform value through real-world failure discovery
• Partner with Sales on technical qualification, solution design, and customer strategy
• Run hands-on workshops on Property-Based Testing and advanced testing methodoloies
• Break systems and surface critical bugs across open source and customer environments
• Build and deliver high-impact demos tailored to complex distributed systems
• Guide customers on adopting the platform and scaling modern testing practices

Skills & Experience

• Automated testing (integration, end-to-end, system-level)
• Distributed systems tooling: containers, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong programming fundamentals (OOP)
• Linux environments and debugging
• Scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript)
• Data querying across SQL/NoSQL systems
