Solutions Engineer

Are you the sort of person that can turn technical expertise into commercial impact, and become the person customers trust to make complex technology feel simple.

You’ll join an enterprise intranet software business at the point where customer challenges become tailored solutions. Lead discovery, shape the right approach and deliver product demonstrations that connect technical detail to business value. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, influencing growth while helping major organizations solve real communication and collaboration challenges.

This is a chance to move beyond standard demos. You’ll work hands-on with cloud-based SaaS platforms, APIs, custom integrations and data migrations, while building your confidence across enterprise architecture and implementation. You’ll also engage with testing, release management and deployment methodologies, giving you broader influence across the customer journey.

To do this well, you’ll bring 4+ years in SaaS Sales Support, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting or Technical Consulting. You’ll be comfortable leading discovery and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with enough technical depth to discuss integrations and cloud solutions clearly.

Manchester, hybrid | Permanent | £70,000 to £80,000
