Solutions Engineer - Comcast Technology Solutions

In this role you will design and deliver customer-specific solutions within Comcast's Video Platform, collaborating with global teams to deploy scalable, secure integrations. You’ll help ingest and transform large data sets, build automation, and maintain deployment pipelines to ensure production readiness. You’ll engage with customers through workshops and drive improvements across architectures. This is an AI-forward, fast-paced role shaping modern media technology for broadcasters and operators.

• Contribute to design and implementation of customer-specific solutions with solution architects and distributed teams
• Review designs for scalability, reliability, security, and best practices, identifying improvement opportunities
• Ingest and transform large customer data sets with automation
• Develop integrations and bespoke solutions to connect and migrate data between systems
• Implement and maintain infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and release management
• Support testing, installation, configuration, and deployment activities
• Enhance tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery frameworks
• Create and support customer implementations with proper documentation and operational sustainability
• Engage with customers in workshops and technical discussions throughout engagements
• Collaborate with global support to troubleshoot production issues and provide third-line support
• Work with technologies including Python, APIs, Java, Serverless/Container-Orchestrator
