ITRS is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Engineer to accelerate sales initiatives across our Global Customer Engineering team. You will lead technical workshops, deliver product demonstrations, and translate client requirements into practical solutions within a multi-disciplinary environment spanning Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering.

You will bring 3+ years in Customer Solutions, Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering, with hands-on experience in APM/AIOps, and familiarity with tools
