Overview

In this role you join a brand-new team to work on a leading DevOps platform in London. You’ll dive into complex code, handle containerized deployments, and manage Kubernetes environments to support DevOps teams. You’ll onboard customers and shape observability strategies, while translating technical concepts for executive-level stakeholders. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering path with variety and impact, offering a chance to grow in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
  • navigate and improve the codebase for a DevOps platform
  • manage containers and Kubernetes environments
  • onboard new customers and provide onboarding support
  • craft observability strategies to improve system insights
  • explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives
  • liaise with customers to gather feedback and align solutions
