Overview

In this role you partner with AEs to guide customers through pre-sales, delivering tailored demos and pilots that drive a technical win. You translate customer needs into actionable scopes of work and collaborate with delivery teams to support initial implementation. You will build deep GenAI and enterprise AI domain knowledge to design impactful solutions, while strengthening relationships and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Your work fuels Scale’s mission to enable reliable AI for high-impact decisions across large-enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demos and prototypes aligned with customer requirements
  • Develop GenAI/LLM expertise for enterprise use cases across industries such as financial services, insurance, and SaaS
  • Own the technical win by identifying and unblocking technical challenges
  • Engage with customers daily to understand needs and design solutions
  • Design and develop Scopes of Work by breaking down challenges into project plans
  • Collaborate with forward-deployed Software and ML Engineers to build agents in the initial post-sales stage
  • Work with AEs and PMs to gather and prioritize customer-specific feature requests
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve SE team efficiency and effectiveness
Key requirements
  • Strong engineering background with client-facing experience in pre- or post-sales settings
  • Experience developing with Python, Java and/or other web development languages
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, cloud tech, finance/fintech or similar industries with end-customer engagement
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to unblock technical issues in the field
  • Presentation skills with technical credibility when engaging executives and engineers
  • Strong cross-organizational communication skills
