Overview
In this role you combine technical depth with business acumen to guide customers from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring tailored security solutions. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, Product and Engineering teams to lead workshops, architecture discussions and demonstrations that translate requirements into value. You’ll become a subject matter expert across the portfolio and influence product direction with customer insights. The position emphasizes collaboration, enablement of partners, and driving adoption and growth in the market.
Pay / Benefits- Salary to 90k + OTE

- feed customer insights back to Engineering and Product teams
- experience in Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer roles
- deep understanding of Windows Servers / Microsoft products
- broad technical knowledge of data security, risk analysis and threat modelling
- high level knowledge of Linux, networking, firewalls, VPN configuration, Docker, microservices, Cloud (Azure / AWS)
- proactive, analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- eligible to achieve SC Clearance (British citizen or resident 5+ years)
