Solutions Engineer, Supply

Overview

In this role you own the end-to-end publisher integrations for LoopMe’s global Marketplace, enabling seamless onboarding and live deployment across SDK, oRTB, VAST, and web tag implementations. You will directly support commercial leads with technical tooling and insights, ensuring a smooth publisher experience. You’ll partner with Product, Supply, and Data Science to reduce friction and drive continuous improvement in integration processes. Your work will be data-informed, helping the commercial team make better decisions and scale performance for advertisers. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at scale in a high-growth adtech environment.

• Lead end-to-end integration across SDK, oRTB, VAST, and web tag implementations
• Manage technical communication with key client accounts throughout the integration lifecycle
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and coordinate with third-party providers to minimise disruption
• Collaborate with Product, Supply, and Data Science to identify friction points and improve tooling
• Use SQL and data tooling to surface insights that support commercial performance
• Manage day-to-day client service and maintain strong publisher relationships

• Experience in technical support and integrations at an AdTech company
• Working knowledge of web technologies and at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, PHP, or mobile equivalents)
• Ability to query and analyse data with MySQL, MS-SQL, or equivalent tools
• Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, including trafficking and pixel implementation
