Solutions Lead - EZRA

As Solutions Lead at Ezra, you will join EZRA Labs to design science-backed propositions that drive behavioral change and tangible business impact. You’ll partner with clients and Sales to shape programs, run discovery workshops, and tailor coaching formats and content to needs at scale. Your role blends strategy, design, and measurement to expand Ezra’s footprint in large, global organizations. • Partner with clients to articulate Ezra’s impact on learning and development strategies
• Co-create proposals and deliver workshops with Sales
• Lead discovery workshops to identify talent priorities and operationalize them via Ezra offerings
• Design client-centric solutions using coaching formats, content configuration, and assessments
• Create engagement strategies to drive Ezra adoption across global organizations; work with Marketing on execution
• Advise on and design ROI-focused measurement strategies with Insights & Assessments team

• 5+ years in HR/LD consulting, internal LD, or Solutions Consulting
• Masters in Organizational Psychology or equivalent
• Experience consulting with senior leaders across industries; international exposure expected
• Consultative, curious, and collaborative mindset with client-facing mindset
• Able to lead and influence teams; French language is a plus but not required
