Source-to-Pay Implementation Consultant

Lead Source-to-Pay solution design and delivery with Optis Consulting from Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, or Montreal. Configure Zip workflows and guide clients through implementation.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work within Optis Consulting’s Zip practice. The work combines stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, procurement data analysis, and end-to-end process mapping. You will configure procurement software, coordinate project activities, and prepare findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify stakeholders and analyze organizational change impacts
• Assess client readiness, maturity, and organizational attributes
• Create change strategies for desired future S2P states
• Design communications, training, and knowledge transfer activities
• Report updates and recommendations to project and executive sponsors

Requirements:

• Two or more years in consulting or procurement
• One or more years using Source-to-Pay solutions
• Experience leading small projects
• University degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
