Sourcing Support Lead

In this role you support the Global Sourcing team to execute regional strategies and build a high‑performing, secure ecosystem of third‑party partners. You will optimize TCO, ensure data security and ethical governance, and lead value‑driven sourcing with cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work on strategic category plans, negotiate key supplier agreements, and enable scalable procurement through AI‑enabled technologies. Leeds, UK-based, with a four‑day in‑office cadence to drive high‑impact collaboration.

• Develop and execute regional sourcing plans aligned with GSRE and ESG goals
• Identify, negotiate, and report cost-savings across assigned spend via regional/global agreements
• Bridge GSRE, Finance and Legal to improve process efficiency and cross‑geography integration
• Transform indirect spend into competitive advantage through innovative category strategies
• Negotiate and audit high‑value agreements with emphasis on data privacy and supplier relationships
• Educate internal stakeholders on GSRE processes, policies, and risk management systems
• Manage end‑to‑end third‑party lifecycle with TPO, ensuring information security standards
• Ensure governance and audit protocols are followed from supplier selection to contract implementation
• Lead or participate in process improvements and AI‑enhanced procurement adoption
• Establish reporting protocols, define metrics, deliver analytics, and create leadership dashboards
• Improve spend analytics to provide predictive insights for sourcing decisions

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to operate independently within Global Sourcing or third‑party risk
• Experience managing high‑volume RFx processes (RFQ, RFP, RFI) across Indirect Spend, especially IT, Marketing, Data
• Experience in procurement/sourcing/purchasing roles
• Contract negotiation, management, and navigating compliance workflows with third‑party suppliers
• Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and enterprise‑wide, risk‑aware sourcing
• Proficiency with e‑Procurement tools such as Jaggaer, Adquira, or Sinertrade
