MDA Space is seeking a Supervisor, Software Development to lead a section of the Software Department, recruit and develop talent, and drive engineering excellence. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and contributes to technological roadmaps, process improvements and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will manage staffing, succession planning, and ensure state‑of‑the‑art techniques while supporting capital planning and adherence to company policies.
