Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist

at our

Spokane, WA

location.
The hourly rate for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
Hybrid and fully remote options available.
Monitor Disclosure Pipeline and reporting for required TRID/ECOA/RESPA disclosures.
Issue revised disclosures to customer due to any change in circumstances required.
Document COC in all files.
Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position preferred but not required.
~1 or more years of directly related experience and training.
~ Common knowledge and experience with residential mortgage lending and the following loan types:
~ of Veterans Affairs)
~ Familiarity with and knowledge of regulatory governance concerning the following:
~ Universal Residential Loan Application (URLA)
~ Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
~ Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
