Overview

In this role you lead and coach a team of Specialist Solutions Architects focused on startups across EMEA, setting GenAI tech strategy and driving adoption of AWS offerings. You will partner with startups, executives, and product teams to craft scalable reference architectures and go-to-market programs. You will translate business needs into technical strategy, build repeatable assets, and help startups accelerate their growth on AWS. You will shape technical leadership and collaborate across cloud domains to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support a team of Specialist Solutions Architects serving startups in the EMEA region.
  • Define the Technical GTM Strategy and drive deep technical thought leadership.
  • Engage with CxO-level and technical audiences to accelerate adoption, generate pipeline, and secure lighthouse customers.
  • Establish trusted advisory relationships through technical thought leadership.
  • Create and deploy programs leveraging AWS Field Solution Architect teams and partner channels.
  • Collaborate with AWS product/technical teams to deliver solutions, reference architectures, automation, and release plans.
  • Inspire and guide the team, staying current with GenAI developments and cross-domain cloud technologies.
  • Scale technical knowledge via workshops, blogs, products, programs, and field enablement.
  • Gather startup feedback to inform product roadmaps.
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Computer Science
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including at C-level, with training and workshops
  • 10+ years in technical development, design, and customer-facing resources
  • 7+ years in at least two of: ML/Training, Accelerated Compute/GPUs, Containers, Data & Analytics, Databases
  • 3+ years leading high-performance teams in a matrixed organization
