Specialist Solution Engineer

In this role you bridge process intelligence and practical enterprise AI solutions as part of the Apromore Specialist team at Salesforce. You work directly with Account Executives to validate technical feasibility, design bespoke B2B solutions, and guide large clients through AI adoption with trust. You’ll prototype, validate data-driven use cases, and translate technical work into compelling ROI cases for C-suite stakeholders. This is a hands-on, high-impact position focused on accelerating enterprise AI deployments and process optimization.

• Conduct comprehensive technical discovery with AEs to analyze complex business problems
• Build PoCs and minimum viable prototypes to validate feasibility of agentic automations
• Guide end-to-end data connectivity and design robust data models and ETL pipelines
• Translate prototypes into business cases highlighting ROI for executive decision-makers
• De-risk autonomous AI deployments through clear workflows and trust guardrails
• Lead professional services engagements in process intelligence and training
• Contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and mentoring of junior engineers

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical selling or technical delivery roles
• Process intelligence expertise (analytics, mining, simulation, data-driven BPM)
• Strong data engineering skills (SQL, Python, data pipelines, API integrations)
• AI fluency (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic orchestration)
• Sales instinct and experience in enterprise deal cycles
• Excellent relationship-building across C-suite to IT teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, or equivalent
