Specification Growth Coordinator | Hybrid/Remote

Hawk3 Talent Solutions are recruiting a Specification Business Development Coordinator to support the Specification Business Development team and help create a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities.

This full-time role is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire with remote or hybrid options. You will build targeted account lists, engage senior decision-makers, book high-quality meetings and CPDs, and help grow the specification division through proactive market engagement.
