Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
• Conduct speech-language therapy sessions, including individual and group sessions
• Collaborate with Physical, Occupational, and Medical Therapists to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
